Great performance achieved by both of our Sharks, at BestFest!

At the end of a full week ofcompetition, our guys, Alexis D’Espoisito and Bjorn Moller, placed 1st and 3rdoverall, at the Colonia Classic combo swim (5km+1.5km+10km/7km) showing onceagain their strong level of fitness and the big heart that they put in eachtime they race.
Bjorn and Alexis also got medals from the othersingle races. (below the links to all results)It has been an intense week ofcompetition but not only, Alexis and Bjorn had the opportunity to attend to some fantasticclinics, the first called "Blinded by Aesthetics" with Swim Smooth: The World’s MostPassionate Swim Coaching! and Olympicsilver medalist Jazz Carlin 🥈discussing why you don’t need to necessarily look pretty to be effective orefficient, especially in the open water.
The second clinic, just theday before the longest swim competition, 7k and 10k, Paul Newsome (Swim Smooth head coach), AdamYoung and the Olympic Silver Medalist Jazz Carlin provided an hour of techniqueand technical input in the sea.Third clinic, just forour two Sharks has been provided be Anna-Karin, the world famous ex Olympic swimmerand now head coach of @simcoachen, where they had the opportunity toexperiment different strokes techniques.Swimfest was been a great experience.Congrats once again and looking forward to newadventures! Here the full results links:
